    Please download the user manual from Store , refer to and check with the manual. If it's

  • 02. The item is faulty. Do I need to pay for repair services?
    Card phone is in product warranty for one year (excluding artificial damage). Firstly the
    device must be sent to our maintenance center for testing by our engineers. If the
    detection result is artificial damage, we'll quote the expense of repair and renewal part to
    you and consult your decision on whether to repair.
  • 03. The item is faulty. How long does it take to repair?
    Maintenance process: Detection → Repair → Testing → Delivery, Generally it takes about 7
    working days (excluding Sat &Sun) for the whole maintenance process.
  • 04. What documents need to be attached when I send for repair?
    Please attach your purchase proof/receipt, accessories. Also, please state your contact
    number, Email address Etc. for contact purposes.
  • 05. What is artificial damage defined as?
    Artificial damage is the damage caused by improper usage (such as: Screen rupture, mobile
    inflow water .etc.)

    Please refer to the label on the back of phone or input * # 06 #to find the IMEI code.
